    Kiwi, blackberry and spinach green juice!

    I have to confess I have not been as strict lately with my exercise and eating regimen. A little extra food here and there, saying yes to dessert one too many times, and not exercising for the past few months have left me looking at the mirror and cringing a bit at what I see.
